You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  1. You have purchased a subscription from ImgSearch for the first time,
  2. The subscription was purchased within the last 14 days,
  3. You are not satisfied with the quality of the images or search results provided by ImgSearch,
  4. You have downloaded fewer than 30 images in any resolution, and
  5. Neither you, nor your company, has previously taken advantage of our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If you meet all of the above criteria, please submit a refund request form. We will review your request within 10 days and contact you via email.

Other Refunds

Any purchases made outside of the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee period are generally non-refundable. If you’re unhappy with your subscription, you can cancel at any time. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.
